Usually Christmas is a time when people meet and spend a lot of time together. This year a cold I had contracted just a couple of days before Christmas, with muted voice and running nose, didn’t make me a party-goer. I had to turn down the invitation from my friends to spend Christmas afternoon with them, and instead I went for a walk near home. Incidentally I manage to take some photos. On Boxing Day,\u00a0feeling much better, I went to check the middle part of a local route, curiously called ‘Fishwives Path’, running over the hills between Buckie and Keith.<\/p>\n\n
